I have experienced the difficulties of life, sorrow, sadness, depression, heartache, pain, grief, anxiety, panic, fear, anger, frustration and misery... I almost felt as if I was walking about with a ball and chain around my leg. I was a desperate man.

 

My expertise and my career was lost, my finances got out of hand, I was depressed, sad, lonely and alone...

 

But that has all changed!

 

Eventually, I found something that worked

 

I discovered how to rid my day of all the sorrows and catapult my energy and enthusiasm sky high.

 

One of the surprising facts about my discovery was that if you apply these techniques to any problem, the problem isn't so harsh and suddenly you're presented with answers to resolve it.

 

Allow me to explain with an illustration...

 

Has a friend every helped you resolve a problem? In doing so, did they suggest an answer you already knew? When you are sad your ability to 'recognise the truth' is almost lost; your mind will present you with answers, but they will be ignored. Did you follow your friend's advice or ignore that advice too?

 

Yet when you're 'happy' you know both the answer and the direction to follow.

 

Getting an answer from an 'AUTHORITY' is also needed when you are frustrated an angry, sad or depressed. You don't accept your first consideration, neither do you accept family members or friend's advice. The only way you'll accept an answer is if it comes from an authority. That authority maybe a doctor, a tradesman, a qualified individual such as a chiropodist, a psychologist; or strangely even the television. Nonetheless they need to be deemed by you as the authority on the subject.

 

Yet ... may I repeat ... that when you're 'happy' you know both the answer and the direction to follow.

 

So ... as I understood it ... I needed to map out a system and procedure to follow to rid myself of the torment of my sadness. Here is a list I wrote that I need to inject into my life

 

  Smile a lot more

  Laugh a lot more

  Prevent those moments of sadness lingering

  Develop your inner self

  Improve your sense of 'well-being'

  Remove the anguish and frustration

  Find more energy and strength

  Discover the secrets of prolonging your happiness

  Dispel those annoying negative thoughts

  Collect and store new ideas and concepts

  Become the person you've always wanted to be

  Shrug off the reasons you're unhappy

  Grow more positive by being happy

  See the people around grow happy with you

  Never allow sadness to dominate anymore

  See more opportunities arise before you

  Understand the beauty that happiness brings

  Interrupt sadness with your new happy persona

  Expect improvements of mind, body and spirit

  Self help becomes instinctive

  Life becomes easier, problems become fewer

  Extending your skills are problem free

  Other people can become astounded by your freedom

  Heighten your senses to expand your life

  Enjoy life with a bigger smile

  Avoid wasting time on idle thoughts

  Expand your potential

  Feel good about feeling good

  Learn how to switch from sadness to happiness

 

So it took me 48 months to realise you need a system of understanding; and then I needed to write it into a format and guide. By the time I'd finished I'd wrote my own book!

 

I began to share the findings with a few people and had some very good responses. I already had a 'Wisdom and Philosophy' website so the topic was both relevant and appropriate to add to that website should I think it suitable.

 

I sat on the possibility for a while ... then a few people who I'd copied the basic techniques to read came back with really exciting comments...

TWO WOLVES
 
An old Grandfather, whose grandson came to him with anger at a schoolmate who had done him an injustice, said, "Let me tell you a story. I too, at times, have felt a great hate for those that have taken so much, with no sorrow for what they do. But hate wears you down, and does not hurt your enemy. It is like taking poison and wishing your enemy would die. I have struggled with these feelings many times."
